How might poor sleep impact our bodies and thus our sexual functioning?
  2. How can regular sexual intimacy promote better sleep?
  3. Some people fall asleep right after sex, and some don’t. Which type are you and why do you think that is?
  4. It’s not always easy to secure enough sleep! Given the importance of quality sleep for our sexual intimacy and overall health, what tips do we have to help wives get a better’s night sleep?

From the Bible

What does God have to say about sleep?

There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. – Hebrews 4:9-10

Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” – Mark 6:31

In peace I will lie down and sleep,
    for you alone, Lord,
    make me dwell in safety.
– Psalm 4:8
